«This is a wonderful place. From the moment we checked in we were treated so well. Kelsie at the front desk was so nice and she was helpful in answering all of our questions. Eric the manager was also very friendly. The place was very clean, the room was exceptional. The only negative I have(and it is really a picky one) is that the pool was suppose to be heated. It was chilly when we were there and were hoping to be able to use the pool but it was too cold.»

I paid for the room in advance for I thought was the total price, only to be hit with “destination fee” and daily parking charges. I was hit with over $200 in extra charges upon checking out. Expedia never mentioned a thing about possible other fees. I’ll never use Expedia again.»

«The room was sufficiently large and clean as was the bathroom. There is an elevator for rooms on the second floor. The staff was helpful. The bar scene was fun. There is a happy hour every day from four to six and there is outside seating nearby. The location of the hotel could not have been better. Easy walks to good restaurants and the bay front. Also good free parking.»

«Was traveling through and booked this hotel on the whim. Was a bit nervous since I was staying with a group of females for a night in an unknown area. Was so pleasantly surprised. 1st outside doors were locked at night. So when I showed up late to check in I didn’t get to just walk into the hotel. That was huge already. There are some quirks because it’s brand new. Like our one door didn’t lock. Like the door was offset. But they gave me a new room immediately. It was clean and comfortable. ...
