«Everything was great for our three night stay which has been a tradition each Nov/Dec for the past three years. Everything in the bachelor suite was great, clean and in good shape. When we had some challenges with our toilet on our last day, Mike was at the site and came quickly to try to fix it. When that wasn't possible, we were offered the opportunity to stay in the house for our last night. «Hotellet er en stor resort, med flere bygninger over et stort parkanlegg, litt utenfor Baddeck sentrum. Bygget vi bodde i var over to etasjer, og rommet var tydelig 80-talls. Rommet hadde ingen ac, og det vendte ut mot en svalgang, så vinduene kunne ikke stå åpne om natten. Restaurant og pub var i hovedbygningen, og vi fikk god service både i restauranten og puben. Alt i alt en grei opplevelse, men tror ikke vi vil bo her igjen.»
