«There is no one in the office to check us in. The wifi doesn't work. I contacted staff and they texted back "I will check now". The next day I asked back and no response. The original text asked us to take trash out to the dumpster next to the house, but there isn't a dumpster. The hot tub and pool are both empty and dry. There are lots of ants and spiders in the rooms.»

«We loved out stay! Our cabin had everything we needed, and space to chill. When it got a touch warm, our hosts were quick to bring us a fan. «WiFi didn’t work the whole time and nobody seemed interested. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Both showers were either very hot or very cold with no way to mix. «As of June 2026, the pictures don't reflect it's true condition. We stayed in room 17, (lake view) which is rundown and needs improvement. The main door and hardware are interior grade and didn't feel secure. In the pictures, note the 'wetbar' and TV location. The 32" TV is more than 15' from the beds, like you need binoculars to view it. Our bath vanity was loose from the wall and had no hot water. The shower tile had more grout repairs than original grout. And the single light fixture left ...
