The separate guest house has its own game room with a pool table and wood fireplace, a mini kitchen, and 1.5 baths. Hot tub, built-in BBQ and big outdoor deck. Sleeps 10.

The Space:
THE MAIN HOUSE
The bright, open kitchen has stainless appliances, a gas range, a big island with seating and all the cookware you need. The living room has leather sofas and a large Smart TV, and there's fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout for streaming or remote work.

• Primary suite 1: King bed, desk, private balcony, and a spa-style bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sinks.
• Primary suite 2: King bed, work desk, private balcony and its own full bathroom.

THE GUEST HOUSE
Great for kids, teens or a second family. Downstairs is a game room with a pool table, wood-burning fireplace, TV and a bed, plus a mini kitchen with fridge, stove and coffee maker, and a full bathroom. Upstairs are twin beds under skylights and a half bath.

OUTDOORS
Relax in the private hot tub, cook on the built-in BBQ, and eat together at the big wood dining table on the deck under string lights.

Guest Access:
Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. You'll have both the main house and the guest house, plus the hot tub, deck and BBQ. Parking for up to 4 vehicles on the property.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet residential street with mountain and lake views. The Village, restaurants and the ski slopes are less than a 10-minute drive.

Getting Around:
You'll want a car for the Village and slopes, and Uber is available in Big Bear.

Other Things to Note:
Power outages: Bear Valley Electric Service can have outages during storms, high winds or fire-safety shutoffs. These are outside our control, and we can’t be responsible or offer refunds for them. We recommend bringing a flashlight or two and keeping your phone charged.

Interaction with Guests:
We give you complete privacy with contactless self check-in. We're available anytime by message through the app and respond quickly, and our local team can be at the home quickly if anything needs attention.
