A great base to explore the whole of North Devon, there are attractions to suit all tastes and these include RHS Rosemoor gardens, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park. The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! is nearby, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and amusements. In the evenings, why not relax in the garden or enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub.

There are a couple of steps up into the property however, as you enter this luxurious single storey coastal retreat, take a moment to enjoy the grandness. The magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the remarkable kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. After a long day, head down the hall where you will find the four bedrooms, a super-king-size (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV, a cosy twin with TV and Wii console, a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room with WC and a further king-size with TV and en-suite wet room with WC. You will also find the bathroom with shower over bath and WC on this floor. To the end of the hall you will reach the garage area, with washing machine, tumble dryer and surf board racks. The garage has been converted into a home cinema complete with ten cinema seats and a 75inch Smart TV.

Outside the enclosed garden wraps around the property, offering a private hot tub, lawn area and decked area with garden furniture. The property offers off-road parking for two/three cars.
