Keen golfers will be in their element with the Royal North Devon Golf Club just yards away from the property which is open to non members. Other attractions in the area include The Milky Way Adventure Park, RHS Garden Rosemoor, Exmoor Zoo and the cobbled village of Clovelly.

As you enter this modern reverse-level property, where architecture and clever design oozes throughout, you are greeted by a large, light and airy hallway with each bedroom leading off. From the hallway take the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find the stunningly large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. At one end, the contemporary kitchen, well fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge, under counter freezer and dishwasher along with stunning views out to sea across Northam burrows, and can see the horses, sheep and kitesurfing. The kitchen also has a dining area to seat six comfortably.
