Beach-lovers will love the two-mile wide beach at Westward Ho! which is just three miles from the property, and even has a surf academy, should visitors fancy trying their hand at a new sport.

This contemporary property makes for a wonderful waterside retreat, with the property’s lounge/diner offering views of the river from the comfortable sofa. There is also a dining table seating four in this room, as well as a TV and an Amazon Echo Dot. The property’s kitchen provides everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite dishes, including a Nespresso Coffee Machine, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher although guests may prefer to eat out at one of the town’s many restaurants. A cloakroom on the ground floor offers a convenient WC. There are two bedrooms on the first floor of the property: a charming double room boasting river views, and a relaxing twin. The bathroom, also located on the first floor offers a newly installed shower enclosure and WC. Outside, to the rear of the property, is an enclosed patio garden, offering beautiful views of the River Torridge from the provided table and chairs. Guests can enjoy watching the boats go by, or even enjoy a spot of fishing over the garden wall.
