«I had an amazing stay here in Ninh Binh. The whole experience felt incredibly warm and homey from the moment I arrived. The highlight was definitely the family who owns and runs the property. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, and they made me feel at home throughout my entire stay. You can tell they really care about their guests and put a lot of heart into the place. Everything about the stay was great — the property was comfortable, peaceful, and had such a nice ...

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh ...

«Wonderful staff and owner! They took great care of everything to make me feel comfortable. The room was super clean and the WIFI was strong!»

«Great hosts and fantastic location. AC a bit weak»

«We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful. The lady at the front desk spoke excellent English, and I personally witnessed her helping a guest who didn’t speak Vietnamese figure out how to purchase a bus ticket. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care about their guests. The location is also fantastic—very central and close to so many lovely places to explore. If you’re visiting, I highly recommend ...

«The stay here was very pleasant, and staff were friendly. It is quite far from the main town area of Ninh Binh, meaning you need to get food delivered or grab it to the hotel. There is free bicycle hire, which made getting into town easier.»

«We really enjoyed our stay. It is a smaller hotel so the included breakfast was ordered and cooked fresh. The hotel was a great value. Nice location and pool. The family who runs the hotel was extremely welcoming and helpful. The food and drinks at the hotel were very reasonable and great home cooking. We really enjoyed our stay and would do so again.»
