«The villa was everything we had hoped for. You can get away from it all but are still close to the adorable town of Peccioli and just an hour to Florence. The owners are highly responsive and have thought of everything. The A/C works quite well if you must use it (we didn’t need it so much in late May), and the WiFi worked really well. «Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!»

Zusätzlich gab es noch Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern was im Sommer hilfreich ist (hatten wir im Mai aber nicht benötigt). Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. «Wir waren für eine Woche dort, was leider etwas kurz ist, wenn man gerne mal ans Meer oder weiter weg fahren möchte. Zudem ist das Objekt nicht behinderten gerecht, da auch zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer bzw. Nach draußen immer mindestens eine bis zwei Stufen sind. «The house is superb. The patio is covered and lit romantically. It offers insect repellent light. The pool is clean and shady during the day (chairs, not the pool itself). It is also fenced, as is the whole property, which helps if you travel with children or pets (dogs have their own outside bar installed). «The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍»
