«Great communication and quick resolution of maintenance issues with host. Very convenient location to both downtown Bethlehem and Littleton. You are close to 302 though, so can hear car/truck traffic from the house. Due to steep stairs and minimal railing on deck, just a warning if you are booking for a family with toddlers or younger.»

«Our anniversary stay at the cabin was so quaint, rustic and relaxing! We brought our 140 lb pup who loved lounging on the front porch with us when we weren’t out hiking the gorgeous mountains that were super fast and easy to drive to. The hot tub under the stars was a nice bonus after a long day on our feet! My husband and I enjoyed playing the board games and cooking a wonderful meal in the well equip kitchen to complete the homey feel of the cabin. Definitely 5 starts and will be back next ...

«We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. «I can’t say enough about how amazing this house rental was. Well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms and a fun game room. So much room for everyone in our family of 8 adults, 2 babies and a dog. Very clean and well decorated. We loved the large fire pit outside and Mark the owner even provided firewood for it. A beautiful stream to look at from the outside deck while you sip your coffee in the morning was a great way to start our day! We’ll definitely rent again.»

«Great location! The river behind the house was a fun spot for hanging out and floating on tubes. Lots of hikes and swimming holes close by. We enjoyed going into town, a day at Storyland, and a gondola ride. Wally was a very accomodating and helpful host. He responded promptly to any questions. Kitchens were clean and well stocked.
