The spacious living room, conceived as the heart of the home, offers several relaxing areas thanks to its comfortable sofas and thoughtful layout, making it an ideal place to spend time with family or unwind after a day of sightseeing. The house includes a decorative fireplace; however, for safety reasons, its use is not permitted during stays. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils needed for a worry-free stay, as well as a practical separate utility area with a washing machine.

Outside, the property features a pleasant garden divided into two areas to preserve privacy, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Part of the more private garden area is covered, making it ideal for use in any weather conditions. To help preserve the outdoor spaces and maintain the tranquillity of the residential environment, barbecues are not available and pets are not allowed. The house also includes a spacious private garage for several vehicles, subject to height restrictions. This is a valuable feature for guests wishing to comfortably explore the Basque Coast and the inland areas of Bizkaia.

Situated alongside the Artibai River and surrounded by lush green landscapes, Berriatua retains the charm and authenticity of traditional small Basque towns.
