«Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!»

«This is a beautiful new house. We drove up from Mass for the weekend to ski at Sunday river. The house was very clean! Lots of space with 2 family rooms. Kids loved the game room. Things to note, this house is on a dirt road that is basically on a small mountain, the driveway is also steep but not too long. If you go here in the winter you will need AWD. We decided to eat in both nights as we were too exhausted to go out. Andrew good takeout options in the area. Butcher Burger was very good. »

«Very pretty cottage. Everything was very clean and up to date. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were a little hard to maneuver for my husband who has back issues, so we slept on the murphy bed, that was very comfortable. We also would have needed to carry the dogs up the steps. The outdoor area was very nice. We were only there for two nights. Wished we had more time to relax and enjoy. The list of things to do and places to eats was also a nice addition. »
