«The condition of the room was very disappointing and unacceptable. We specifically booked a non-smoking room, but it clearly smelled like cigarette smoke. There was even a plastic bag covering the smoke detector and a cigarette butt left on the carpet, which was both concerning and unsanitary. «Prepaid for a room but It took 40 minutes to check in at approx 4pm. Long line and only one front desk person for first 30 mins. Staff seemed under trained. Manager showed up trying to enter room because he thought it was empty. Room was mostly clean. There was some kind of soap spilled on the desk beneath the tv that i found the hard way. »

«Adequate is an exaggeration. They charged over $100 for "holding the room" on the day after i checked in. In other words they stole it. No "maid" service unless i specificall ask for it in advance. I got no prior notice that this is a construction site. Big mistake.»
