Fint hotell i nærheten av Bergamo flyplass
Bodde en natt på hotellet i forbindelse med avreise fra Bergamo flyplass. Hotellet er noe gammelt, men sengene var gode og servicen eksemplarisk. Omtrent 10 minutter med bil til flyplassen. Anbefales!

Ingen vannkoker + te/kaffe på rommet. Ingen mulighet å få en kopp kaffe eller te før restauranten åpner kl 07.00. Dårlig nytt for passasjerer med flyavgang i det restauranten åpner!! Heller ingen hjelp med bagasjen. Betjening hyggelige, og ga best service de kunne innen sitt regelverk Ingen muligheter å sitte ute

Average hotel by the airport
One night stay at the end of a holiday. A very average hotel between the city centre and the airport. Noisy environment by a busy road and the airport, but sound proof windows helped a lot. Small, but clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast and a helpful staff.

Hyggelige ansatte
Hotellet lå altfor langt unna sentrum. 30 min kjapp gange.Rent og fint hotel , men slitt. God frokost og midag. Perfekt hotel hvis man bare er på gjenomreise og trenger å sove for en natt. :)

Dette hotellet kan anbefales til alle som ønsker, mye for pengene, alt fra service, renhold, frokost, personlig oppfølging, tilgjenglighet. 10 min. med taxi fra flyplass. 10 min. med buss til by-sentrum.

Koselig by
Vi bestilte familierom, og fikk utdelt et lite dobbeltrom med tre senger tett i tett! Hotellet fant et strørre dobbeltrom til oss, men det virket ikke som de hadde familierommet vi så bilde av på Hotel.com sine nettsider. Rommet vi endte med var deilig, og vi satte ekstrasenga i "gangen", så ungdommen vår fikk litt privatliv. Dette fungerte bra. Hadde fantastisk utsikt rett over til "gamlebyen", og resten av Bergamo. Frokosten var enkel og veldig god, og middagstilbudet på hotellet var variert og falt i smak hos oss. Vi gikk inn til sentrum flere ganger, og det var en tyve minutters gange. Fantastisk koselige gater i sentrum, og en stor opplevelse å spasere i "gamlebyen". Deilige spisesteder. Kjøpesenteret rett ved flyplassen, Orio, var helt supert. Mange dyre butikker, men faktisk mange med gode tilbud for oss nordmenn. Alt i alt en fantastisk tur.

Help from the reception..book another hotel
I arrived at the hotel after my wife had booked a room for me. Up on arrival I found out that my wife had booked me inn one day to early. At the reception I was told that they could not do anything for me. An told me to call the web provider where the booking was made. After consulting the booking service the hotel had plenty of rooms and at the same price. If you are a treveller in need of help/service, you should avoid this hotel.

Personale gentilissimo e preparato, ambienti pulitissimi, colazione buona anche se migliorabile un pelino sul comparto dolce. Non ci è piaciuto la mancanza di una coperta aggiuntiva anche se non necessaria, i dispenser del sapone alcuni erano difettosi e chiaramente non verificati, peccato che le docce non hanno il saliscendi estraibile, ma solo erogatore fisso su docce veramente minute. La temperatura della camere era veramente confortevole, si vede comunque che l'hotel è datato, ma questo non sminuisce l'ottimo lavoro svolto dal personale che vi lavora.

Hôtel dont la décoration est un peu désuète mais d’une propreté exemplaire. Un personnel agréable et attentif qui fait l’effort de nous parler dans notre langue en français pour nous être agréable. Check in alle 0.50 (perchè prima delle 14.00 non potevo registrare i documenti) con mezzo hotel vuoto (evidente dalle chiavi appese nei relativi box). Prenotata stanza per 3 persone per sostarci 7 ore, mi danno una stanza con un letto matrimoniale ed letto aggiunto che occupano tutta la stanza senza possibilità di muoversi in particolare se aggiungiamo lo spazio occupato dalle valige. Non è una questione di policy o tariffe (la stessa stanza il giorno dopo costava il 20% in meno), è una questione di opportunità nella gestione del cliente. per il resto, location ottima con parcheggio e ambienti puliti.
