Family Home Iskra is located in Bulić, 10 km from Benkovac and 30 km from the city of Zadar. This is a holiday home surrounded by olive groves and nature where you can enjoy peace and quiet with your family and spend a beautiful and pleasant holiday of your dreams. If you want to escape from everyday obligations and a hectic lifestyle, then Family Home Iskra is the right choice for you! The house was renovated in 2023, has 80 m2 of living space, and can accommodate a maximum of 5, and optimally 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare and try delicious meals for family and friends. The living room has a sofa and TV, the perfect place to enjoy your favorite movies, and children will especially love the Play Station 3 game console. Family Home Iskra is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI. You will be accommodated in 2 spacious bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (180x200), while the other has 2 single beds (90x200). The house also has 1 bathroom with a shower.

An additional person can sleep in the living room on a sofa bed. As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine and a baby cot.

The house also has a separate room where you can play billiards or darts.

The outdoor terrace will delight you because it offers a lot: an outdoor pool measuring 21 m2, and you can use 4 sun loungers. The covered terrace also has a dining table with 4 seats. There is an olive grove next to the pool, while children will especially enjoy the slide and swing. An outdoor wood or charcoal barbecue is also available.

The yard is completely fenced and offers 5 private parking spaces within the yard.

A mini golf course is also available.

Family House Iskra is also pet friendly, it can accommodate a maximum of 2 dogs at no extra charge.

In Zadar you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation ‘Greeting to the Sun’, and walk through the charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea. If you are a gourmet, Zadar offers a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias and taverns with a rich selection of local specialties, where you can enjoy excellent food and good wine.

Pirovac is a charming Dalmatian town where you can enjoy swimming on the beaches and drinking coffee while looking out at the Adriatic Sea. The islet of Vrgada is famous for the fact that there are no cars on it, but everything is within easy reach: shops, a church and several catering establishments. Dense pine forests, clear sea and accessible beaches are the main features of this beautiful island.

Every year, Biograd na Moru prepares a program for its guests that includes a series of performances by cultural and artistic societies, dances, various open-air concerts, fishing festivals, fairs of national products and specialties with tastings.
