You have 3 bedrooms, one being the master bedroom with patio doors leading out to the large balcony, sea views, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, a King sized bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and airconditioning. The second double guest bedroom also has a King sized bed, good wardrobe space and newly installed airconditiong. Then you have the small 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and wardrobes.

The kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped including a dishwasher and electric hob cooker. Full sized fridge freezer, and plenty of cooking and dining utensils.

There are two bathrooms, both with showers and toilets, one being en-suite to the master bedroom.

The light and airy lounge area enjoys full size patio doors leading out to the large partially covered balcony. The lounge has a dining table and chairs for six people. Two large leather sofas, good sized Smart TV, full airconditioning, and a display cabinet where you have a large selection of wine and drinking glasses.

On the extensive balcony, which is partially covered providing plenty of shade in the summer months, and protection for sitting outside during the winter months. Here you can enjoy a comfy lounge seating area for relaxing, a table and chairs for outdoor dining for 6 people, sunbeds for sunbathing, and a gas BBQ to enjoy the pleasures of outdoor living in this beautiful area of the Costa Blanca, making this a perfect and private area for all your holiday wishes.

Less than a 1 minute walk away from your apartment you have two large communal pools in a pretty setting with large terraces and free sunbeds for your use, plus a bar and snacks restaurant.

The free internet WIFI has a good and reliable speed, so ideal if you are wanting to enjoy a Flexcation as part of your holiday, or just good internet for all the family.

Parking is easy, you have a large parking space available for your use, which is just a few steps away from the entrance to this lovely apartment.
