The villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest toilet. All bedrooms have 2-meter-long beds; three rooms offer flexible single beds that can be joined. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.



Enjoy a bright, air-conditioned living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, coffee maker), and a TV room with foosball—ideal for relaxing moments.



Outside, the private garden invites you to unwind with a swimming pool (heating available for an extra fee), outdoor shower, covered and open terraces with beautiful sea and mountain views. A Weber charcoal barbecue is ready for your outdoor meals. The patio, adjoining a second equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, coffee maker) and a large teak table for 10, is perfect for shared moments. Hammock, swings, and loungers complete the relaxation area.



To maintain the tranquility, events are not permitted.



Bed linen, bath and beach towels are included in the mandatory final cleaning.



La Fustera beach is 800 m away on foot and offers restaurants and bars. A sailing school (paddle, windsurfing, sailing) is 5 minutes by car. The nearby La Fustera supermarket offers a wide selection of international products.
