It is located within a beautiful residential complex with gardens and a swimming pool, excellent for enjoying your vacation. However, remember that they are only open during the summer, that is, from June 15th to September 15th, the exact opening date may vary depending on the community, so please consult us about the date before making a reservation.



The apartment has a fully covered parking space included, and high-speed wifi.



In this Accommodation, smoking is strictly PROHIBITED. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of 100€ will be applied.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.
