    The space
    If you are looking for a spacious rental, then this is your dream. Sunroom off of the laundry room, living room and 3rd floor with pool table, air hockey and foosball. Multiple separate entertaining spaces to keep your guests under one roof with plenty of room to roam and spread out. The outdoor space lends itself to a back deck, a screened gazebo, beautiful gardens, and huge driveway with ample off-street parking.

    Other things to note
    3 rd floor has an emergency ladder, be sure guests can independently operate the ladder in case of emergency. There are very steep staircases. Part of the charm and quirks of a renovated old farmhouse.

We had a lovely week on Winnisquam at this beautiful house. Six adults and one three year old--everyone had their own space, lots of places for playing, eating, hanging out. We loved the screened porch, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make lots of big family meals. The third-floor room was a wonderland of toys and books for my niece, who loved her stay (and we loved that she had lots of things to do!). The house was safe, clean, and comfortable. The view of the lake was stunning. There was some road noise from Rt 3, but it was a very minimal distraction. I hope we can come stay here again sometime soon.

We had a great time at the Lakeview House. It was clean, spacious, and very family friendly. The view is beautiful! Everything you need is within 15 minutes, which is so helpful when traveling with children. There are even baby gates for the stairs, locks for the appliances, and toys/games for the kids.The game room was a bonus for everyone. We hope to stay in the summer to enjoy the lake. It is an older home so the stairs are steep but they've done everything they can to make sure they are as safe as possible. This was designed with family in mind!
