«Good location, easy to access with ample parking. Rooms were clean. Space is small and could use a bit of maintenance but served our purpose as a place to crash close to Picton for one night.»

We were a little disappointed that the record player didn’t work as we had brought some albums for a little retro party night but other than that it was a great space and great location. «There was a group of us staying in the area of a Wedding we attended.It is a nice quiet setting with views to the river from the house and front yard but only one chair provided outside which was in the in backyard. We didn’t use the hot tub but there was algae around the base of the tub. The bathroom on the upper level not properly clean, hair found in shower. «The property was in the country and a distance from Picton. Lovely grounds and very peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the kitchen table is a perfect size for catching up with friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have an entrance pass for Sandbanks with the rental. »

«We appreciated the location, view, and quietness of the area. The rooms in the house are very spacious. We found difficult to communicate with owners. Two days prior to our arrival, and after complete payment, we received a rental agreement with which we weren't confortable. We reached out by mail and phone to the contact given, but nobody never answered so we didn't follow through. «This wonderful home was spotless, and ideal for our friends getaway (4 friends). Loved the location, under 10 min walk to super restaurants on Picton's Main St. We really enjoyed the outdoor area - for both an al fresco lunch, and after dinner wine.
