We really loved the small size of the resort and attentive staff. The food in the restaurant was flavourful and delicious. The location was excellent for exploring this beautiful part of the island! «The hotel environment was peaceful and relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. And the views were simply amazing. Everything was clean, the food was great along with the service. I loved the open air concept that allows you to connect with nature. Plus the location is near all the things I wanted to do. Overall it was such a wonderful experience. I even purchased a velvetiser when I came back home because I enjoyed the hot chocolate so much.»

The biggest issue, however, was the service. It often took more than 15 minutes just to get water, and a few times we waited up to an hour for our meals. There were also several occasions where staff seemed to mix up or forget our reservations or requests.
In summary: beautiful location and nice setting, but the service level definitely needs to be raised to match expectations."
