«Small but great place!! Comfortable. Kitchen out fitted with everything you could need. Even the knives were sharp. Coffee maker is a kuerig, they supply the cups, but we brought our own. Parking 8 feet from the door. Shower flow a 10. Bed a little firmer than we're use to but not too firm. Slept well. Washer and dryer privided detergent. «The home was so clean and exactly what our family needed. It had a full kitchen with appliances as well as washer and dryer. It was a great get away for our family of 6. The communication was absolutely wonderful with the property owners and management. Would definitely return to visit this property if in the area again. »

«The house was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels nice sized beds. I just didn't realize it was an up stairs apartment. I try not to book places upstairs when my mom is with me. She has bad knees. Other than that the place Is great. »

«Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. »

«This is our second visit to the Nelson house. We love staying here. Besides that it is only a few blocks from our daughter’s apartment, the hosts are very responsive and have created a wonderful place to vacation. Will definitely be back!»

«I was concerned that this home might be too small, but it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for my husband and I, and so homey and well-appointed. Lovely, quiet location and there are plenty of great spots to go right in the mid-city area. Sheri and Lee were responsive and great to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!»
