The sea had sargassum - thanks for your honesty in the dock house info about possibly having sargassum- so it was great to have the pool. «Great location, short walk to anywhere on the south side of the island, and the included bikes made it easy to explore north of the split. Beautiful property with hammocks and lounge chairs to relax and really lean into the go slow mentality. Host is welcoming and helpful. He lives on the property so he's usually available for any concerns, although we didn't have a single problem. Quiet and away from the main street, but close enough to enjoy anything you'd like. «We had a fabulous stay at Casa Sophia at Alma del Rio. The house is even more beautiful than the photos show. The thoughtful design, attention to detail, and execution are all very impressive.
