Comfortable stay with good service
We had a pleasant stay at Fitzwilliam. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a nice view. The breakfast is the best breakfast we have had in Belfast. Food is tasty and there is a good variety. Service is excellent. The location is in the city centre close to the bus station, opera and city hall/shopping areas.

Veldig bra hotell og lokasjon
Veldig hyggelig hotell midt i smørøyet i Belfast sentrum. Kort vei til severdigheter og spisesteder. Imøtekommende personale som hjalp til med alt som kunne tenkes. Flott bar med godt utvalg. Frokosten er noe av det bedre jeg har opplevd, unikt i UK sammenheng.

Enjoyed every minute from we arrived until we left, all the staff were brill and courtesy with us nothing was a problem if we needed anything. Most definitely would stay again, it was a nice surprise for my girl for her fourth birthday, we would like thank yous all, thank you.

Gorgeous, well-appointed rooms. Staff behind the bar were not so helpful, and were actually quite aloof, but the waitstaff were wonderful. Food was quite good.

Lovely, convenient hotel, 5/10 minute walk to city hall and shopping area. The room was nice, large bathroom and comfortable bed. 30 minute walk to Titanic Musuem which is worth a visit

We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. There was a card and a small gift in the room compliments of the hotel. Nice touch. In the restaurant Ahmed was particularly friendly and helpful. Very professional. We played a game with him trying to guess where his country of origin was. Eventually after about 20 guesses we got it. Good light hearted fun. Well done Ahmed!

Historic hotel with modernized interior. Great service vice, including turndown service with excellent chocolates. Helpful concierge desk and valet service in the center of town. Complimentary minibar with white and red wine. Highly recommend it.

A wonderful hotel in the city. Make sure you book parking at the hotel when making a reservation! It’s limited. Loved the amenities and the comfortable room with the quiet hotel. I would stay here again when in Belfast

An exceptionally nice hotel in a very convenient location. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was robust. Elevators were prompt and quick. Will stay here again and can definitely recommend.

A fabulous hotel right in the centre of the city. Easy walking distance to most sights and the bus tours. Check in was quick and easy and the staff friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The bar had a really nice ambience and the food and drink was great. Breakfast was extremely nice. Rooms were a good size and ours, 802, had a fabulous view over the mountains.

Cannot recommend enough! Absolutely perfect stay. The room was spacious, with excellent amenities. The bathroom was also stunning. And I have to say probably one of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept on (I hate hard mattresses and so many hotels have super hard mattresses). Staff went above and beyond, always with a smile and a hello. Super helpful. The location is amazing, just round the corner from the bus station (super convenient as we were getting the bus back to Belfast International Airport). Also very walkable to a plethora of activities, stores (clothing and groceries), restaurants, pubs and bars. My friends and I are already talking about coming back to Belfast at some point, and we’ll definitely be staying here again and if we do.

Bedrooms were a good size with very nice bathroom. Bar area was very nice too and breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice two night stay.

Awesome location , very attentive staff. Beautiful furnishings and quaint atmosphere. Way ahead of their Dublin counterpart for sure I was there during their 15th year anniversary birthday being in Belfast. They greeted me with champagne and smiles. They took my keys for my car and took it away which is so convenient. I can retrieve it anytime I want it to safe location next to the opera house in all the shops and restaurants, I ended up getting the king executive suite which overlooks the city. Very quiet at night. You got 24/7 access to a fitness center and a delicious breakfast.Top notch don't look anywhere else.
