5 minutes walk to the bus stop and then 20 minute bus to city centre - very frequent.
In our house you will find everything of the best quality and loads of space to properly relax - four separate bedrooms (1 king, 1 double and 2 single bedrooms), three bathrooms, a large sitting area with more than enough room for everyone and a combined dining/kitchen area with lovely juliet balconies overlooking the private garden.

The house is in a beautiful peaceful residential area of South Belfast but there is a very convenient bus into the city centre just 5 minutes walk away and there are lots of local amenities (large Spar supermarket, off license, various food establishments and large gym/swimming pool).

Absolutely no parties, loud noise or extra guests without permission. Your stay will be cancelled immediately without refund. Sorry to be strict on this but we need to do all we can to protect against certain bookings and protect our neighbourhood.
We have security cameras and any violation of this will immediately result in your stay being cancelled without refund.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
