«We really enjoyed our stay at Linda's river house. The house itself was very clean and a had a beautiful view of the river running behind the house. We came up for a weekend of golf and there was no shortage of great courses nearby. Linda was a very accommodating host and had several suggestions for food in the Rockford area. We really enjoyed the small town atmosphere and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away.»

«Very clean house. Step outside front door is a little high for us seniors. But everything else is fantastic. I liked the fact there was a lot of different channels on the tv. Jay answers you right away that is an absolute plus. Its in a perfect location for any store or restaurant you want. I would definitely stay again.»

«The house was clean and tidy. We were there to just sleep and not entertain. I would say that for our family preferences, we’d stay in a more quiet area of the city. This part of Grand Rapids while charming is busier than we expected. This is no fault of the host. Her description of the home and what was included was spot on. It is an old house but VERY charming and cozy. Lots of great coffee shops and eateries nearby etc. Good value and stay overall.»

«Pictures really dont do the scenery justice. The house itself was beautiful as well. The kids really enjoyed the game room on the lower level. Had issues with the VRBO app, which wouldnt allow me to respond to messages, so hopefully the owners see this so they know how much we enjoyed our stay! Will be back in the future when rhe weather is warmer to utilize the lake!»

«We so enjoyed our stay at this place. The interior was nicely furnished and clean! The view of the lake outside was beautiful and calming. There were plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the firepit and lake. At the end of the day, part of our group sat at the end of the dock and enjoyed watching the boats and other watercraft as they passed by on the lake. Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the firepit, but that just means we will have to return to enjoy this great get away ...

«Took the trip for my bachelorette party! The house accommodated everyone that came with room to spare. The master bedroom was amazing and had me wishing that’s what mine looked like. Right off the water gorgeous weather, what more could you ask for. We did nothing but talk about how we’d like to go back again next year.»
