The receptionist was extremely rude and started questioning why we needed them—implying we might be trying to sell them. That’s completely ridiculous and offensive. Perhaps the issue was with the two girls working on September 27th, as the other staff members seemed fine. Breakfast was also disappointing. Only one person was cleaning tables and refilling food, and she clearly couldn't keep up with the number of guests. I honestly can’t believe this hotel has such a high score, especially when compared to other places I’ve stayed with the same rating. "
