«Everything fairly good except for a few things. We were never informed that the dryer was broken prior to check in. And the beds are hard as rocks. It made things but inconvenient and uncomfortable. I would recommend getting better mattresses as it felt like we were sleeping on concrete. Lastly, the thermostat didn't work well. We set it to 20 and it overheated the place to 23 degrees and wouldn't cool off until we turned the thermostat off for the duration of our stay.»

«Gréât place i just stay for a business trip and it was really nice Very nice attention to details»

«Good location and comfy bed. Highly recommended!»

«Irene was a great host and the location was wonderful! Morning strolls to coffee shops and short walks to parks that were great for our 2 active kids. Having a small kitchen was so key to a quick breakfast and a small load of laundry for our long stay was definitely helpful. I would 100% book again!»

«This was a great place to stay for my family. Two bedrooms, one master w/shower and the other bedroom with a separate restroom w/shower.Nice living area and very roomy kitchen w/full fridge, stove, and microwave. The kitchen had numerous extras like butter, utensils, and even a rice cooker. Nice sitting area at the front porch and a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very gracious and responsive.»

«A great stay for a family of 4. This basement suite is cozy and it comes with everything you need for a very comfortable stay in Burnaby/Vancouver. The hosts are super friendly. If you are visiting Vancouver and surroundings and don’t mind the drive, this place is highly recommended, especially if you travel with a dog. The backyard is large and serene.»

«It is clean and tidy, and fully equipped.»

«Exceptionally clean, comfortable home in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. With a very generous and gracious host.»

«Smooth check in. Communication with host easy and fast. Location is decent, quick neighborhood. Plenty of parking.»

«This was a great stay. There were two rooms in the host’s basement, one with two twin beds and one with a queen. The host was super friendly and easy to talk to. We told them we’d be arriving early and they let us drop our bags off at the house, which was a huge help. We also did laundry as well, which was convenient for us. The location is a 10 min walk to the bus stop. There were a few food spots we tried that were great (10-20 min walk). The area is also nice if you just want to go for a ...

«The apartment was spotless. And hosts were very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay .. Bars and restaurants were in easy walking distance Loved it»

«The location was terrific for what we needed. The place was okay. It was sort of pieced together here and there. We made do. The beds and sofa were not very comfortable. The host was great and communicated well with us.»

«This was a cute little room in a very quiet and peaceful part of Vancouver. The room itself was clean and decently sized/cozy. The location itself isn’t super convenient as there are no real walkable stores or shops since it’s a very residential area. If you’re just stopping by briefly, this is a good place to spend the night. Will note that it was a bit difficult to locate the place at night as there wasn’t a lot of lighting outside. The pricing was a bit on the high side considering its ...
