«The room had a beautiful view but lacked a table or desk. It was two steps up to the bathroom sink. Two chocolate chip cookies was a nice touch. "Destination fee" of $35 I found hard to swallow. "Complimentary" bottle of wine is what I suspect the $35 was for.»

«Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue.»

«We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here ...

«Really nice studio. Very comfortable. Breakfast has everything, egg sausage biscuits muffins yogurt and oatmeal. Lots of toppings. The orange juice was really good went back for more.»

«Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!»

«The hotel was beautiful, but we called four times to ensure we had adjoining rooms, just to arrive and not have adjoining rooms. We were looking forward to trying out the best, which was closed. Sitting out in the bar area and sharing some cocktails-closed. To follow it up, the Starbucks in the lobby was closed the next morning and there was no coffee in the lobby. «Front desk staff was excellent and happy Hour was good with free drinks and snacks. Suite very spacious. One negative- 8 am on checkout day, housekeeping opened the door to my room just as I was exciting the shower. They lightly tapped on door beforehand and then immediately opened it. No pause for me to answer nor did they announce themselves. »
