The house is located in a dead end street, therefore with very little traffic, in a residential area of ​​the exclusive urbanization Casa de Campo in Begur, the jewel of the Costa Brava, with capacity for 10 people.





Recently renovated with great taste, a style that is both charming and warm with all the comforts and lots of light in the living rooms.





The house is distributed over 2 levels.





Entering through the main door, you arrive in a spacious entrance with a beautiful staircase that leads you to a large main room with sea views. This room consists of a large open kitchen, a living room and a dining room, with direct access to a spacious terrace that is an outdoor living room and small dining area.





The kitchen is large and very pleasant to cook with several people. It is fully equipped with essential modern appliances: Dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, toaster, espresso machine, water heater etc.





The dining room has a teak wood table that can accommodate up to 10 people where you can receive your guests and enjoy the wonderful cuisine of the region.





The living room, perfectly integrated into this open space, has a sofa and armchairs facing the large windows that overlook the terrace and sea view.





The terrace, overlooking the garden and the sea, is a magnificent outdoor living room with 1 3-seater sofa, 1 2-seater sofa, a large armchair and coffee table. A perfect place to have an aperitif, and enjoy the breathtaking view of the countryside and the sea at any time of the day! There is also a small teak table for 4-6 people to have a meal in a small group.





On the same floor, we find a suite-type bedroom with a double bed, beautiful view of the garden and a full bathroom.

There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.





On the lower level there are 4 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Another area with the swimming pool (sizes 4.5 x 9), deckchairs and a parasol to relax.

This house is a unique refuge to enjoy the Costa Brava, its beautiful beaches and coves and its calming views, so you never get tired of it.





The nearest beaches are Tamariu and Aiguablava, less than 5 km from the house by car.





The huge advantage of this location is the safe access by a footpath that starts at the end of the street (which is a dead end). This path takes you through fields of vineyards, olive trees and a small forest in 20 minutes to reach the picturesque village and beach of Tamariu. The freedom to go to the beach on foot in complete safety, without a car in a dream setting.
