The apartment consists of an area in a single environment: Kitchen dining room and living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator and cooking area, no oven or dishwasher.

Double bedroom.

Bedroom with two single beds. The window overlooking a ventilation corridor, has no natural light.

Bathroom with shower.

At the entrance there is a porch with table and chairs for the exclusive use of the apartment.

The sheets are included in the price.

The sofa is not an extra bed and it is not allowed the entrance of more people than the apartment has (4).

Washing machine for shared use with other apartments located in a common area.



Close on foot to the historical center of Begur, which allows you to enjoy the different leisure options without having to take the car: leisure, shopping, restaurants, etc.

At 100 meters from a bus stop.

Located at a minimum distance of 2 to 5 km from the main beaches.



In the surroundings of the building, there are several free parking areas.



During the summer months, the Town Hall provides a bus to different beaches.

Parties are not allowed. Please respect the good coexistence with the rest of the neighbors (music volume, night noise, etc...).

Pets are not allowed.

There is no air conditioning.

The use of the swimming pool is not allowed.

There are 7 properties in the same building, 6 of which are for guests. The other property belongs to the owners.

The owner gives the space to guests but is at your disposal whenever you need him for any questions or needs that may arise during your stay.
