«Everything was great. I don’t really see the purpose of paying for parking though. Good stay overall»

«Anthony, the manager on duty is a really good guy. He was always willing to help out with anything. He is just one of those people you want working with you. So Candlestick, lets put little something extra in this weeks envelope for Anthony. Hey, don’t make me come looking for you….. lol»

«Everything was terrific»

«Breakfast was good. Parking was free and convenient. The room was clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. We would stay again.»

«All of the above»

«This hotel will definitely fool you! The lobby/front desk area is clean and presentable. The actual hall corridors, elevators and rooms are filthy! One of the elevators did not work causing me to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The hallway wreaks of an old mold smell. The room itself was dirty and had gnats flying around in the bathroom. I would not stay here ever again.»

«Overall no complaints. Staff was lovely! If I had to be picky I would say breakfast could use some sprucing up (more variety like boiled eggs, scrambled, etc).»

«We had several family members staying at this property while attending an out-of-state wedding. All were extremely pleased with the decor and cleanliness of the hotel, the included breakfast and super helpful staff. A very good experience and value!»

«The Zalmans restaurant is fabulous. All staff that I met were great especially Bilal or "Bill". He fixed as best he could some bad stuff in the bathroom. He should run the place as his attention to detail is excellent. We talked about what I do with hotels and his knowledge. He asked if I would do an operational audit of the place. «Hotellet lå sentralt, både en kort kjøretur unna ulike spisesteder og Auburn Hills Outlet. Man var allikevel avhengig av bil for å komme seg til de ulike stedene. Hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening og behagelige rom.»

«Everyone was helpful. Breakfast was very nice.»

«Had the room immediately next to the lobby and front desk. Was charged again for room after pre-paying, still see pending on my card despite checking with the desk and filling out a feedback form after visit. Front desk staff were loudly working between 3:30am-6am so we couldn’t sleep at all. Cracks in the ceiling, shades in room didn’t work. Very dated room. Bed was clean and fine. Breakfast was then oddly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Just a very, very odd stay.»

«From check in until check out it was great. Clean, comfortable beds, nice size rooms. Bartender Goman is the the best! I will stay at Hilton in Troy again.»
