«My spouse and I stayed with our dogs for a long weekend. It was quiet, clean and John was very communicative with any questions. We also enjoyed the use of the dog run so we could avoid chasing furry babes who may have wanted to wander into the woods. The house is not far from so many must-see northern towns and attractions. We hiked and ventured out most days without feeling like we were driving all over Northern Michigan. We hope to bring our family back for a stay in the future. It felt like ...

«Ray's cottage is an awesome traditional cottage. Cottage is clean and very well maintained. The stone fireplace and deck views were amazing. Cottage sits on a very nice large wood lot. Loved listening to the Loons in morning and evening. Excellent fishing lake, caught several good size large mouth bass and a few smallies. Great location and area to see all the local beautiful beaches, lakes and towns. I definitely recommend and want to return soon. Great place Ray!»

«This was our 7th summer in Michigan and our 6th rental house there. The house was very clean. With 3 kids, we loved the easy access to the water/beach water (searching for sea glass is so much fun), the additional tvs (including the one in the enclosed porch), the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts, we could go on and on. «We loved our stay. We visited Frankfort and went to Sleeping Bear which was a 40 min drive away. The rest of the time we spent on the lake and enjoyed Kayaking. We had to share with other people but they where all really nice. That wasnt an issue at all. Overall we plan to come back again next year.»

«The smell of musty is overwhelming. Mice poop in the cupboards and cobwebs throughout. Fan running when we arrived as well as charcoal bags throughout rental to try and hide smell. Would not stay there for half the price! Vacasa refunded the cleaning fee, but we did not allow them back in to clean as it would have taken hours and the musty smell would still be there. We asked to be relocated and no response on that request. They eventually refunded 10% of our fee as well as our cleaning fee. ...
