«Property needs a good cleaning & updated. There were broken blinds, a broken faucet handle, also a broken storm door handle, not to mention broken gate on deck. The host was nice though & was able to answer any questions that I may have had. Overall it’s a nice place & served its purpose for what I needed it for.»

«This is an elegant home. It is very clean and comfortable. We had 6 people —3 couples and stayed 3 nights in this place. We really enjoyed it. I would recommend to anybody. There is only one confusion I had, that is the descriptions says there are 5 bathrooms, but it actually has three. Two with showers on the second floor and one on the first floor. Therefore, two bedrooms have to share one bathroom. I wish it was explained more clearly.»

«Spotless and so cozy. It was like coming home. Our host was communicative and kind. We’d love to come back.»

«The home was clean with a welcoming atmosphere. Little helpful friendly notes were posted. The owner was responsive with questions. The basic condiments in the fridge, tea & coffee, water bottles, and bathroom toiletries were thoughtful provisions for short term stays. Having on site parking was a huge advantage.»

«Home was nice on the inside. However, it did smell like several cats live inside. Neighborhood was kinda rough, but okay for price.»

«An outstanding rental, we stayed six nights and loved the location. Had a lovely pond next door with walking/running path.»

«Everything was as advertised. Property is not new, but everything was clean and well cared for. Evenings on the water were peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and definitely intend to return.»
