«All in all this was a nice hotel and a central location, close to Penn station and Port Authority. Clean, comfortable beds, very quiet, good service, practical breakfast included.
The elevators caused a bit of a wait sometimes during rush hours.
Regarding the included breakfast, it is ok, but not very exiting. Most of the options seems mass produced and doesnt taste that good, especially the eggs. But if you grab a yoghurt and and a bagel, you are all good.»

«Fint hotell og god beliggenhet. Savnet det lille ekstra ettersom det er et 5* hotell. Skuffende at proppen i badekaret ikke fungerte, så vi ble nødt til å ringe resepsjonen for å få det fikset dagen etter ankomst da vi var for slitne til å klage på det da vi kom frem kl 22 på kvelden etter 12 timers reise. Da vi først sa ifra morgenen etter kl 7.30 tok det fort 40 minutter før det ble fikset og det skapte unødvendig irritasjon da vi ikke fikk dusjet for å starte dagen før det ble fikset.
