Holiday Home – Historic Farmhouse in Green Surroundings with Private Terrace

Near Lingen (Ems), this unique holiday home of approx. 55 m² welcomes you with an open living area, kitchen, and spacious bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for up to 2 guests. Upstairs, you'll find a charming bedroom with a private workspace and an extra small WC. The fully equipped private kitchen features high-quality appliances, including an espresso machine with capsules. A washing machine is also available for your use. The newly renovated former bakehouse is step-free and has its own entrance near the main house.



Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace surrounded by peaceful nature and centuries-old oaks. This lovingly restored bakehouse dates back to the 17th century and is part of the oldest, culturally significant farmstead ensemble in northwest Germany.



Parking is available on site. Please note that events, barbecues, and open fires are not permitted on the protected property. The area by the house is reserved exclusively for you. There is video surveillance on the grounds, but it does not cover the private areas of the house.



Your hosts live on the property but not in the booked house. The exceptional bakehouse is surrounded by other historic buildings from the early 17th century. Please note that mobile reception in this rural region is currently limited and there is no fiber-optic connection yet. The charming town of Lingen is 10 km away and offers shopping, markets, theaters, several cinemas, and a diverse range of restaurants and bars. Cycling is possible in the area, and beautiful destinations are easily reached by car.
