The Space:

Adjoined to the owner's home. There is a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, cafetière, a dining room with seating for six and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and family bedroom with an en-suite, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed rear garden with a parasol and furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. There is a travel cot available. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles, a pub. Little London is the perfect setting for a holiday steeped in history. Please note: There are steps down to the ground-floor shower room and the staircase has a low ceiling.



The Neighborhood:

Ninfield is a village in East Sussex four miles north of Bexhill-on-Sea and the same distance from Battle. To the west lies Standard Hill, where William the Conqueror may have put his standard after Hastings. Ninfield was a smuggling hub in the 18th century, but today it's a tranquil Sussex village with traditional pubs, a village green, and great hikes with views of the sea. Ninfield offers the best of Bexhill and Battle to visitors. The traditional coastal town of Bexhill-on-Sea features shops, restaurants, and bars. It's the origin of British motor racing and home to the De La Warr Pavilion, which hosts exhibits. Cute beach huts are available for day use, and the sea is safe for sailing, rowing, and windsurfing. Bexhill Sailing Club hosts races from March to November, and members of the local Rowing Club are often visible riding the waves. Battle is known for its rich history, with Battle Abbey towering above its centre and historical buildings lining its narrow lanes.
