«There were a lot of children there during my stay and it was very chaotic in the pool/hot tub area, so we were not able to enjoy ourselves. This was also true for the dining area during breakfast and dinner. I did ask a staff member who I could talk to about enforcing the hot tub rules about not having children under 5 use it. «My room was not clean upon checking in. You have to sit dirty towels outside your room door in order for housekeeping to offer to clean your room. «It was ok. I mean, it’s really just a casino with some rooms attatched. Kind of shady area. Be careful with your stuff, the casino don’t have control over who comes and goes and nobody will really help you if something gets stolen, even though they have thousands of cameras.
The rooms are nice and the people at the reception were nice.»
