«The house had the most horrendous smell in it. It was very wet and damp. People with allergies would never be able to stay here. It was just a very, very very cheap place. Blinds were broken, so people could see right inside. The Location and neighborhood were very very sketchy. It was not a safe feeling. The communication lagged heavily. Felt the beds were unclean so slept on the couch. One of the worst, we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot.»

«Great place to stay. Convenient and warm.»

«very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful»

«Clean well kept property. Thanks for making it so easy. »

«Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there.»

«It was a quiet neighborhood and a good place for couples. Parking wasn’t a problem. However, it wasn’t clean to my standards. The fridge was dirty, the blinds had dust everywhere, we found a condom wrapper under the bed, and a cigarette under the chest. Also, the desk chair and the toilet was wobbly. The lights in the kitchen flicker and sometimes turn off. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but there were just little things that could’ve been better.»

«Safe neighborhood. Well maintained house. House was built around 1915. All 3 bedrooms are up a flight of fairly steep stairs. The main floor stayed a comfortable temperature all week. The upstairs was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom that function well. The air conditioning reaches the upstairs, but because the home is so old, it doesn’t get cool up there. We traveled in June with highs around 90 degrees and stayed for 6 nights. Parking is on the ...

«We were delayed traveling, so arrived a day late to find that there was no lights in no air-conditioning. When reaching out to the host, we were told that they needed to update me on the issues and they were canceling my stay. Updating was a weird word in this situation because the only thing we had heard previously is how excited they were to host us and they provided all of the entry information already. As I stated, we were already a day late so we were expected to have already stayed at the ...

«The house was great, very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and the game room was a lot of fun. It also had a large very well kept fenced in back yard.»
