I would suggest to our host to add a couple of decent Stemless wine glasses and then kettle. They was a bit of a noise from neighbors, but it’s all settled in the evening. Outdoor furniture could be cleaner, we had to wipe ourselves.»

«This property has everything you need to enjoy a visit to Letchworth State Park. It's located in a very quiet area just outside the Perry entrance to the park, and gas/groceries are a 10 minute drive away. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the outdoor firepit or the game room in the basement, but those are nice amenities that make this a really special property. Thanks Ron!»

«Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. «A unique experience. The view from the verandah was lovely, and the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the end of a busy day of hiking. It accomodated our extended family if 11. «We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. «The house was as described. Clean and easy to find. A couple of things to know - the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep. We had a hard time keeping it comfortably warm, but to be fair, we were there during the midst of a winter storm with high winds - so challenging for an older home, and plenty of quilts and blankets on hand to keep everyone cozy. «First and foremost, our host Bryan, was tremendous. Always kept up with great communication, provided us with ice and an ice chest to use in our travels, went the little extra. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the three bedrooms worked great. Very quiet neighborhood yet easy access to town. Had all we needed except a washer/dryer, but spacious and comfortable for the six of us. Highly recommend and again THANKS to Bryan for being a great host.»
