«If you are looking for a quiet cabin on the quiet side of Acadia, this is it. We enjoyed the location to hiking and biking in Acadia National Park. It is convenient to great restaurants as well. We rented bikes in town at Southwest Cyclery with Bob and Charlie. They were wonderful! The cabin is well equipped to have your meals there as well. «This was a perfect home for our large family. It is spacious, clean and offers all the amenities we needed. The location has lots of privacy and outdoor space for campfires each night. It's a short walk to the ocean and an easy drive to nearby restaurants and downtown Bar Harbor abd Acadia. Our hosts were wonderful and accomodating. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maine.»

«The cabin is close to Acadia National Park in Manset. It is very cozy inside and out. The bedroom, in particular, is nice and cozy and a great retreat after a long day of hiking. «We enjoyed our stay very much. If it had been warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside that would have been wonderful. We didn’t plan or pack for any rain but when it poured for a solid day, we were thankful for the cabin’s shelter and wifi and umbrella when we went out. Although we brought an infant and a 2.5yo, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this property for such little/young kids unless you’re prepared for spotting them up and down the ladder. «This cottage was a pleasant change from the bustle of Bar Harbor. Although its small and cozy, it had what we needed for a short term stay. Barring a few check-in inconveniences, it was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the firepit that we spent time at after a long Acadia Park hiking adventure.»

«Cabin was beautiful and just the right size. We had everything we needed. Carolyn and David were super responsive to any questions. The inlet beach is so picturesque and peaceful and we saw seal pups each day which was a highlight for us. Acadia and Bar Harbor are 1 hr and 20 minutes away as an FYI but this is a great place to stay away from the crowds»
