Good morning Dean,Thank you so much for the lovely comment regarding the Team-They are great, aren't they!The pre-auth of 50 was released upon check out but may take up to 3 working days for your bank to process their end. It does state on the registration card that you signed that this is standard practice but they guys should also explain this so that you are aware. The TV's do have a sound limiter on them so that neighbouring guests are not disturbed. This can be altered but only if the resident guest has hearing issues. I have investigated and although it is very unfortunate that due to the structure of our building the breakfast room is not accessible it was explained that we could set up a table and the whole table would be served together so that of course your party can all eat together. We do not like the fact that it is impossible for us to have a lift fitted but we do ensure that all parties can still eat together and this is always explained fully.
