«Gammelt og nedslitt hotell som antakelig har vært flott for hundre år siden. Resepsjonsområdet ser rotete, skittent og forferdelig ut. Rommet vårt var ok, men med ødelagte hengsler på vinduene og lukt av mugg på badet. »

It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. «Location is perfect! The room was a bit outdated, and could have been better cleaned. AC, but still quite hot. Breakfast good, but no vegetables. I forgot mye blouse in the room, did not realise before after leaving the city. Have tried to contact them, but no replies.....»

«I had a lovely stay at the hotel. It's located right in the center of Cardiff, and my room had some great views on the castle. The entrance suggests that you enter a lush and luxurious hotel, with a hallway and staircase that remind us of lords and ladies of times gone by. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience is a bit more down to earth. One elevator was out of service during my stay, the other one had issues. The rooms are a bit outdated, need a bit of maintenance, and the walls and doors ...

«Trivelig hotell, gode senger og dyne men stor klumpete pute. Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum. Inngang fra en liten Arcade. Nydelig toppetasje med komfortable møbler hvor det var hyggelig å sitte å prate eller lese eller nyte en drink el litt mat om man ønsker det i åpningstiden. Deilig frokost. Fantastisk personale både i resepsjon og på frokost. Anbefales på det varmeste. »
