«This is the second time we stayed at the Thompson Washington D.C. We really appreciated the staff and everyone was friendly. Monique provided immediate assistance in fixing our safe and addressing another small issue. The breakfast was excellent and Allan, Lulu, and Andrew were extremely friendly and a great way to start the day with their greeting. The location is excellent and close to the metro or within walking distance if you choose. We will definitely return again when in DC!»

«The room is great, we didnt try breakfast. We know construction is happening, but checkout is at 11am and waking up to drilling at 8am on a sunday is extremely frustrating. We feel like there shouldnt be drilling before 10am at the earliest. Everything else about the facility was nice. Looking forward to seeing the facility done in the future »

«Perfekt sted når du skal på Baseballkamp med Nationals. Ellers veldig kort vei til Metro og derfra er det ikke langt til noe. Hotellet er av bra standard, virker velholdt og har en bra rooftop bar med gode vibes. God stemning etter kamp når gjester kommer tilbake fra stadion. Rommet var rent og imøtekommende. Betjening var hyggelig og bydde på seg selv og kunne vise og forklare. Vi hadde ett veldig godt opphold og kan lett anbefale til andre. Eneste lille minus er frokosten, den blir servert på ...

«This hotel is the bees knees. They got us right in even though we were early. Anything we needed they helped us with a smile. 2 guys specifically. Donathan and another young man (they seemed like friends) whos name i cant remember. They deserve a raise. Absolutely hands down amazing experience. The free breakfast was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I loved it all. Unfortunately we couldnt go up and look at the pool. I know its January and its closed but we like to explore hotels so ...

«From the moment we checked in until check out the staff was very professional, caring and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean, felt like home. Breakfast was good! We definitely would be staying again.»

«Beautiful facility, all the amenities, rooms, restaurants, etc. Every single staff member we met were smiling, happy to be there, and eager to be of help, or to give a kind word. I loved the system for identifying if room was occupied or not, so that housekeeping could easily service room. Room service was always on time, and every item we asked for was there, along with ones we didn’t think to ask for…this was nice on those early mornings, and mornings we got to sleep in a bit and be lazy.  ...
