Dear AnthonySo sorry to see you didn’t enjoy your stay with us, I do understand you thought you had booked a Twin room, you booked a double/twin and requested a twin. We do try and honour all our requests, unfortunately on this occasion this was not possible. I am aware that our member of staff was very helpful and did arrange a put up bed for you

Shower fungus
The shower head was growing some kind of mould/fungus. Really gross. General cleanliness was pretty poor. And loud music until midnight on Saturday meant there was no possibility of sleeping before then.

A really nice room for the money
For the price I paid this room was fantastic. Well equipped, very clean, nicely decorated and recently renovated by the look of it. The shower was really powerful which was nice. I managed to find a free parking spot just on the opposite side of the road too.
