A cozy studio apartment perfect for two people, furnished with style and equipped with all the amenities. The apartment is centrally located, a 5-minute walk from the University and the Quintino Sella train station/Metro stop, which offers a connection to the airport. The Central Station is also a 10-minute walk away, while the historic center is just a 15-minute walk away. The former tobacco factory, the CNR, and the covered market on Via Nicolai are all nearby.



The 22-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building WITHOUT an elevator: PLEASE NOTE: You must climb the stairs to access it.



Please also note that there are three steps to descend at the entrance to theapartment, plus 1 step inside to access the living area, and 1 step to enter the bathroom.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Small kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, moka pot, electric kettle, and microwave

- Living area with a portable hot/cold air conditioner and a coffee table

- Sleeping area with a double bed, a clothes rack, and a smart TV

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Please note: The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Bari, which is €2 per person per night for the first 4 nights.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Bari is a city that captivates not only travelers’ eyes but also their palates, with its street food and traditional Apulian dishes: from “sgagliozze” to fried panzerotti, from raw seafood (mussels, oysters, baby octopus) to fava bean purée, from Bari-style prosciutto to orecchiette with turnip greens. The Fair aims to promote trade between the East and the West, for which Bari has traditionally been the most accessible meeting point.

The apartment is ideally located: a 15-minute walk takes you to the historic center, the perfect starting point for exploring the city and all its points of interest, such as the renowned fresh fish market. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, cafes, and pharmacies are all located within 500 meters.



- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: You can reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Quintino Sella Station, located 350 meters from the apartment.



- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: You can reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes.



- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR: the accommodations are located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is accessible by car. On-street parking is metered (blue lines). You can park for a fee at the Gestipark Battisti parking lot, located at Via Scipione Crisanzio 1/B, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
