Eleven House is a brand new apartment in a residential area in Bari, for rent as a vacation home for groups and families of up to 4 people.
The newly completed house is located along the southern coast of Bari and is equipped with the most modern comforts: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine,
dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, underfloor
heating, hair dryer, smart TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.
Crib on request. Also present are car-charging station, solarium and parking.
Pets allowed.

The Eleven House apartment is on two levels.
On the second floor there is furnished living room with kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed, TV, nice balcony furnished with table and chairs. On this floor there is also 1 double bedroom with balcony, the hallway and 1 shower room.
On the second floor there is a large furnished terrace with solarium and outdoor sitting area, the ideal space to relax outdoors and enjoy the full light and climate of Puglia.

Eleven
House is located in Bari in a suburban and residential area, an ideal
location for exploring both the city of Bari and the most beautiful
villages in the Land of Bari.
The historic center of the
metropolitan city is about 7 km away, which can also be reached by
public transportation. The Team Theater and Palaflorio are about 3.5 km
away, while the headquarters of the Puglia Region is about 2 km away.
The
Bari ring road makes it convenient and quick to move to other tourist
destinations such as Monopoli, Polignano, Alberobello etc. About 300
meters away is the beach of Cala San Giorgio.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- Car charging station available with extra fee.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
