The apartment is located in an excellent spot, at the start of the beachfront promenade and just 50 meters from Pane e Pomodoro Beach, which can be seen from the apartment. The area is full of bars and nightspots and is well-connected to the city center, which can be reached in 10 minutes via shuttle buses that stop 80 meters from the apartment. The Bari Parco Sud train station, with connections to Polignano and Monopoli, is only 600 meters away!



The 108-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and is laid out as follows:

- Fully equipped kitchen-dining area with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and conventional oven; ceiling fan, dining table, and 30" TV

- Living room with sofa, split AC, table, and 40" smart TV

- Bedroom I with double bed, split AC, and closet

- Bedroom II with double bed, desk, and closet

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub, and shower stall

- Two balconies, one covered and the other (with ocean view) furnished with a table and two chairs



Additional amenities available to guests: pull-down mosquito net in the living room, two portable fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Bari, which is €2 per person per night for the first 4 nights.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

With the Bari Porto Sud train station just an 8-minute walk away, you can travel to Polignano and Monopoli to enjoy their beautiful beaches.
