«The kitchen is well equipped except for only one frying pan. The roof terrace is very nice, has a fridge, large dining table and two sunbeds. The villa (it's not really a villa but more of a townhouse since you share walls with a neighbor) we stayed in (Garden Grove nr 3) had a nice small pool on the ground floor, NOT on the roof terrace as shown in the images.
