«Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.»

«The host owners were excellent, always helpful and good attitude with our questions and requests for meals, sauna, jacuzzi etc. We enjoyed the nye party they hosted with other guests. Food was typical local meals, all delicious and waiting staff very good. We thoroughly enjoyed this rather than going in to the town. Breakfast was a good spread of eggs, cold cuts, hot items, salads, fruits, yoghurt. Location is excellent and quiet. 10min walk to the gondola and ski centre area. And 10min walk ...

«It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides ...

«Very convenient location. Room is good size. nice kitchetnette. the woman is not helpful, she wont even give a telephone call to a local cab. The man is shouting in Bulagarian language, if he dont agree with his terms. "Fawlty Towers" Food no i would miss. Breakfast i would give it a miss. should have bought my own food.»
